One of city s last Dutch Colonial houses hits the market for the first time in 40 years

A Dutch Colonial house in Douglaston, Queens has hit the market for the first time in four decades and it s a relative steal for history buffs.

The rare house, known as the Cornelius Van Wyck Hous爱上海

e, was built in 1735 and is both a New York City landmark and on the National Register of Historic Places, according to Curbed. The house recently hit the market asking $3.25 million.
